How long does a resole at GRIPTIK take?
We aim to return your shoes to you within a maximum of 2 weeks.
How do I pay for my resole?
We accept payment via TWINT or Bank Transfer.
Once your shoes have been resoled, you will receive a confirmation email / whatsapp message. The payment details are included in this message.
What type of rubber does GRIPTIK work with?
GRIPTIK currently uses VIBRAM rubber and offers Grip 2, XS Edge. Should you have a preference for rubber thickness (mm), please note this in the open comments section of the resole form.

What is a halfsole?
A halfsole is the front section of a climbing shoe sole. This is the part of the climbing shoe in which (or so we hope) you almost exclusively climb on.
By Resoling a "halfsole", we simply mean replacing the front part of your climbing shoe's sole rubber.
Should you have a shoe with seperate front and heel rubber soles (e.g. Instinct, Solution, Vapor...), we replace the entire front sole.
Should you have a shoe with a non, detached full-sole, we cut-off the frontal section and fuse the new rubber to the old.

What is a toerand?
A toe rand is an additional layer of rubber added to the front (toe) of the climbing shoe.
Typically, we climb in our toes. This frontal rubber wears down quickly. Should the rubber be very thin, or a hole has formed, a toe rand is necessary.
Is there a guarantee on the resole ?
Of course!
Should the new rubber sole quickly begin peeling, we will happily re-glue it.
